We fulfill all orders once a week on Saturdays, including both shipping and pickup.

Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM CST will be prepared for fulfillment on the following Saturday.

Please note: this means your order will ship or be ready for pickup one week after your order is placed, on Saturdays only.

 

Shipping Orders:

At AdrianaJashae, we take great care in packaging each cookie individually to ensure safe shipping. However, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

• During warmer months, melting may occur during transit.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

All cookies are baked fresh and heat-sealed to maintain their quality and freshness.

 

Pickup Orders:

Pickup is by appointment only. You will be contacted to schedule a pickup once your order is ready.

Orders are not available for same-day or immediate pickup.

Pickup is currently available in Fort Worth, Texas.

The full pickup address will be provided via email once your order is ready.
